Key Benefit

The main benefit of using a female condom is that it provides a barrier method for safe sex which is under the woman’s control. When correctly applied, the female condom is effective in both preventing pregnancy and protection against STIs (Sexually Transmissible Infections). The gel can be inserted into the vagina up to eight hours before the act of intercourse. The applicator is soft and flexible to ease insertion and removal for more sensitive and pleasurable sex.

Note: Effectiveness relies on correct usage. Getting used to inserting and using the female condom may take some practice.

Physical Appearance

This product is clear, odorless, water-soluble gel with mild properties.

Directions for Use

Insert the gel into the vagina prior to sexual intercourse.
One unit (4g) each time.


  • Remove the cap from the applicator nozzle.
  • Gently insert the nozzle of the applicator deep into the vagina.
  • While in this position, push the plunger fully into the applicator to release all the gel.
  • Remove the applicator and discard it in a waste container.
